D-II Poll: Title Rematch on Friday

ATLANTA – They met last May to decide the whole enchilada in MCLA Division II, and now No. 1 St. Thomas and No. 3 Grand Valley State will meet again on Friday in South Barrington, Ill., as part of Judgement Weekend II.

The Tommies are the unanimous top selection for the second straight week, but the third-ranked Lakers are entering the showdown with four-straight ranked wins. In total, eight of the Top 14 teams in the country will be at JW2.

Concordia-Irvine still sits in the second chair while North Dakota State is No. 4 and Sierra Nevada assumes its highest-ever position at No. 5.

There were no new entries into the poll, although College of Idaho was the biggest mover, jumping from No. 24 to No. 16.
