ATLANTA – North Dakota State remains the No. 1 team in Under Armour MCLA Division II Weekly Coaches Poll with St. Thomas moving into the No. 2 spot this period.
The Bison (7-0) and Tommies (6-1) will meet in a top-ranked showdown on Sunday in St. Paul at 11:30 a.m.
NDSU grabbed 19 of the 22 first-place votes this week while St. Thomas received none.
Minn.-Duluth (8-3), which suffered a loss to St. John’s (8-2) on Friday evening, dropped into the No. 3 chair, but still managed to retain three first-place votes.
Despite Friday’s triumph over the Bulldogs, the Johnnies remain a spot behind Duluth at No.4.
Grand Valley State (3-2) and Dayton (4-2) round out the top six and will meet this weekend in another premium Top 10 matchup.
There were no new additions or subtractions to the poll this period.
