SALT LAKE CITY -- North Dakota State senior defender Evan Schraut led a pack of five Bison players named to the Division II All-Tournament team at the 2018 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour.
Schraut, who was the heart and soul of the Bison effort to capture its first national title, earned tournament MVP honors.
Joining Schraut from North Dakota State were midfielder Alec Larson, faceoff man Avery Normandin, short-stick defensive midfielder Chad Hayda and close defender Tanner Straus.
Runner-up St. Thomas had three players honored.
Semifinalists Grand Valley State and Minn.-Duluth each placed a pair of players on the All-Tournament team while Florida Gulf Coast had one.
