ATLANTA – We’ve reached Week 10, the final regular season edition of the Under Armour Weekly Coaches Poll, and this edition looks similar to many of the ones that came before it.
The next time teams are ranked after today will be on Sunday night, when they are ranked Nos. 1-16 as the brackets for the 2019 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour are released.
Until then, we just have to appreciate the season that Cal (12-0) has put together to this point. They remain at No. 1 with all 20 of the first-place votes in their pocket.
As has been the case for much of the season, No. 2 Georgia Tech (14-0), No. 3 Liberty (14-0), Arizona State (11-1) and Chapman (13-2) round out the top five.
There were some small movements through the rest of the poll, but nothing earth-shattering. New Hampshire (9-0) moved up to No. 9, leapfrogging No. 10 Concordia-Irvine (11-3), to give one example.
No new teams entered the poll this week.
