WCLL-II All-Conference Teams Unveiled

SAN FRANCISCO – UC Davis junior long-stick midfielder Dom Piombo was named the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) Division II Defensive Player of the Year, leading a pack of six Aggies on the first team.

Saint Mary’s junior attackman Kevin Atkinson was named he WCLL’s Offensive Player of the Year and was one of two Gaels earning first-team honors.

UC Santa Cruz’s Larry Boehm was chosen as the conference Coach of the Year after guiding the Banana Slugs to a 10-4 record and a national ranking.

Five UC Santa Cruz were chose on the first team.
