SELC Releases Tourney Info

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla., will be the site of the semifinals and finals for both Division I and II of the SouthEastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC) tournament on April 23-24.

The winners of the respective tournaments will receive an automatic qualifying bid to the 2022 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, which will be held in Round Rock, Texas, from May 9-14.

BRACKETS: DIVISION I | DIVISION II

The six-team Division I tournament starts on Saturday, April 16, with a pair of first round games being held at Callaway Stadium in LaGrange, Ga.

South Carolina faces Auburn at 1 p.m. followed by Florida State and Georgia at 4 p.m. Admission is free for these first-round contests.

The winner of the early game will get slotted into a semifinal against Florida while the later game winner proceeds to play Georgia Tech on Saturday, April 23.

Division II consists of a traditional four-team bracket with the two subdivisions crossing over in the semifinals. Kennesaw State will face Florida Atlantic while Florida Gulf Coast battles Georgia Southern.

A weekend pass for the semifinals and finals can be purchased for $15 while day passes are $10. Children six-years-old and under are admitted free. Youth lacrosse players all the way up to high school seniors will be admitted free if wearing their game jerseys. Pre-purchase tickets HERE.

Division I

First Round – April 16 – Callaway Stadium
Game 1: #2N South Carolina d. #3S Auburn, 23-7
Game 2: #2S Florida State d. #3N Georgia, 8-6

Semifinals – April 23 – Bolles School
#2S Florida State vs. #1N Georgia Tech, 3:30 p.m.
#2N South Carolina vs. #1S Florida, 5:45 p.m.

Finals – April 24 – Bolles School
Semifinal winners, 3:30 p.m.

Division II

Semifinals – April 23 – Bolles School
#2S Florida Atlantic vs. #1N Kennesaw State, 11 a.m.
#2N Georgia Southern vs. #1S Florida Gulf Coast, 1:15 p.m.

Finals – April 24 – Bolles School
Semifinal winners, 12 p.m.
